Nintendo released update 3DS version 7.2.0-17 out now

Today Nintendo official team announced the update 3DS Version 7.2.0-17. Maybe some flashcart would be block.

However, after tested we found that the r4i gold 3ds and supercard dstwo is still working on the new 3DS version 7.2.0-17. Like most players, choose R4i Gold 3DS and Supercard DStwo is the right choice, Supercard DSTwo hasn't been blocked from it born.And  R4i Gold 3DS do great too, can past the latest update one by one directly,don't need any update, that help it become one of the best R4i 3DS flashcarts.

We will update more confirmed flashcarts which work with V7.2.0-17 to the list.
So, players don't update your 3DS before you are sure your card can work the newest V7.2.0-17 firmware.

That’s right, now Gateway can play online with your friends!

The current “scene” dumps are missing critical data which is needed for online support.Gateway game card dumper however does create proper dumps, and will allow you to play online.

To play online you will need a game dumped with our Game Card dumper and you must rename the file extension from .3DS to .3DZ in order to avoid accidental activation of online support.

As always, use online play at your own risk. Since online play is linked to a genuine Game Card, we do not recommend that multiple users go online with the same game dump simultaneously as it will most likely result in a future online ban.

We cannot help you if your 3ds console gets banned from online play.

* Homebrew support

It was about time this happened, so now you can develop and run homebrew games and applications just like the real deal!

In particular, we would like to thank smea for his contributions, otherwise none of this would be possible.

You can find a sample homebrew 3ds game in our downloads section, and we hope to see many more!

Note that the ctrulib homebrew library is not yet completely stable, as can be seen in the graphical artifacts and when closing the homebrew application.

* Savegame backup and restore

Some users have requested the ability to backup and restore savegames from retail cards, so here it is!

Simply launch the Gateway menu by holding L and you will see two new icons for savegame backup and restore.

The savegame will be stored on the regular 3DS SD card.

* Improved Game Card Dumper

2.2 "omega" fixed a minor bug that caused some Game Cards not to be detected by our dumper. This should now work.

Here present my experience on installation on a PHAT CECHG04 Playstation 3 .One thing is to make sure you read up in the manual before you start. You have to make sure you have the right ribbon cables (!) for your model Play station 3.

My PHAT Playstation 3 didn't require any soldering since it has a PATA Bluray connection interface. (This is up to the CECH Kxx Playstation 3 model / DIA-002). And as long your Playstation 3 doesn't require soldering the installation can be done in a few minutes. If you have a SATA model (CECH 25xx. CECH 3xxx and CECH 4xxx) you may want to brush up your soldering skills since you need to solder a small addon board (QSB) in the Playstation 3. You need to remove two tiny capacitors from the motherboard and solder the addon board (QSB) to catch the SATA signal. This can be pretty difficult for novice people who have no to little solder experience and need some help from a professional. But as soon the QSB is in place the rest of the install is pretty simple. The only thing you will see installed on the outside of the Playstation 3 is the little addon board where you connect the external hard drive or USB Key. That’s over.

After you put the firmware in the right place, you need to download the GBA plug-in, you can download it from here:

Put those two files into the root of your SD card.

Then put some GBA games in your SD card.

Put the Sd card in your DSTwo flashcard and then insert the Supercard DStwo card in the DS/DSi/3DS console.

Everything is ready, power on your console and  find the “GBA Emulator” icon and login.

You will see the GBA game UI, just choose the GBA game you want to play.

MT-Card update to v1.3HW and v1.2SW 2 more Eshop games

On 16th April 2014, MT card team released the Hardware Ver1.3 & Software Ver1.2. MT card update supports 3 eshop games, and fixes the problem with low speed Micro SD card which causes animal crossing and pokemon X/Y games can not be played.After you update it, then  want to check the MT card version, enter MT menu, select “Select Game”, you will see “Ver: X.X’ on the screen, that’s the launcher.dat version, “HW:X.X” is the hardware version.

Now the Mt card can support ESHOP games totally five :
