One part, update the Yellow card.
My blog talked about it ever and the way of update firmware 2.0 seems like firmware 1.2 but you need to use the newest “MT_Card_updater V2.0.exe”

Part two, Set up your blue card
Just extract the “BuleCard.rar”, then copy all files on “BuleCard.rar” folder to the root of micro sd card .insert the micro sd card into the blue card , then put the blue card into your console (3DS V4.1-4.5).Power on , press “A” to open and click the “MT-installer.nds” file to start. Then it will process ,  Press key “A” to continue just wait until it finish .After finishing installing, press “A” to exit and go to the home menu, take out the blue card. Don’t power off 3ds xl .

Part Three,Set up your SD card .
Just copy “launcher.dat” into your SD card to replace the old one .Go to choose “system setting nintendo”＞” other setting” ＞”Profile” ＞”nintendo ds profile”.  Just click the “nintendo ds profile”  and then it will start.
