How to Use the Multi-media function of R4i 3DS Gold Card

With R4i 3DS gold card, you can not only play Nintendo games, but also listen to music, reading e-books and watch video. There are two ways enjoying the multi-media function.

How to Use the Multi-media function of R4i 3DS Gold Card:

A: It works with the Multimedia Kernel V1.51C.  (The Kernel V1.51C includes Wood R4 kernel V1.42)

1.       Download the relative kernel V1.51C from http://r4ids.cn/r4i-download-e.htm and extract it. Open the folder, and copy all the files into the root of your Micro SD card

2.       Download its newest Wood R4 kernel. Extract it and copy the “_rpg” and “WOODR4.NDS” into the Micro SD card. Let it overwrite the former ones in the SD card.

B: It runs with Moonshell2.0.

1. Download Moonshell2.0 from http://r4ids.cn/r4i-download-e.htm and extract it to the root of your SD card.

2. Download newest Wood R4 Kernel V1.59. Extract it and enter the unzipped folder and copy all the files to the SD card.

3. Download your multi-media files, such as *.mp3,*.dpg,*.jpg,*.bmp,*.txt, *.ini into your SD card.

4. Turn on your console and run the “_DS_MSHL.NDS”

Press "start", choose "return", then the system will go back to WOOD interface.
