The newest kernel for R4i gold 3DS card is Wood R4 V1.59b now.Its timers state about saving and loading has been improved. More improvement are as below:

improved timers state saving/loading.
read/write core rewritten - about x10 launch/save/load speedup.
launching - 1s,
loading - 4-6s,
saving - 5-7s.
This is update is very experimental, so !!!BACKUP YOUR DATA!!!
No matter your card is R4i Gold 3DS card or R4i gold Non-3DS cards, you can download it .
