Nintendo 3DS Firmware Updated to 6.0.0-11U, Block Flashcarts?

Nintendo 3DS updates its firmware to 6.0.0-11U, along with 6.0.0-12E and 6.0.0-12J for Europe and Japan. Users' experience has been further improved. 

With the latest firmware, 3DS players can back up save data for downloadable versions of Nintendo 3DS software and most Virtual Console games. What's more, system stability has been enhanced.
