Among all R4i flashcards, only R4i gold 3DS card can work on the 3DS/3DS XL/LL V6.0.0 -11U/
V6.0.0-12E/ V6.0.0-12J directly.
Pay attention that only the newest R4i gold 3DS
card,which was released on June 25th, 2013, can work directly on 3DS v6.0.0 -x.
You can refer to one of its official distributor: http://www.dwtechz.com/r4i-gold-3ds-for-3ds-ds-dsl-dsi-dsi-xl-v145-p-16963.html. You can use it directly with its wood R4 kernel for 3DS V6.0.0. It is pre-flashed for 3DS V6.0.0.
However, if your R4i gold 3DS card is an old one,
you should update it firstly. This updating process is a little different. You should update the R4i gold 3DS with its update patch for 3DS 6.0.0. Then cut off the signal line on the PCB board which is between C1 and R9. After that, it can work on 3DS 6.0.0. What about other R4i cards, such as R4i-sdhc 3DSRTS card, R4isdhc dual-core card, R4isdhc silver card, R4i-gold Pro card? Can
they work on 3DS V6.0.0 ? At present,
all these R4i cards can not be compatible with the 3DS V6.0.0, except for R4i gold 3ds card. But it is said
that they will release their upgrade firmware soon.
