How to Dump 3DS Roms with R4i Save Dongle for Gateway 3DS?

1.       Using the R4i save dongle to backup the save file of a 3DS game

2.       Insert your Gateway 3DS card, the red card, into the R4 save dongle. Check if it can restore the game file

3.       Transfer the rom into the Gateway 3DS

4.       There must be no .save file for rom on the SD card of your 3DS. Otherwise it will overwrite the transferred one.

5.       Run the game with the Gateway 3DS card and check if the save date is still available.

6.       Press Home or Close button to exit the game. And you can check if gateway 3DS card has created the .save file on the SD card of your 3DS.

How to Update Supercard Dstwo Firmware to Work on 3DS V6.2.0-12

R4i-sdhc 3DS rts firmware has been updated to v1.73b. You should update your R4i-sdhc 3DS rts now. Please note that you should update the R4i-sdhc 3DS rts flashcart before updating your 3DS system to 6.2.0.

1.       Download the latest kernel “R4i-3DS V1.73b English.zip” [Kernel V1.73b Download]

2.       Extract it and open the folder

3.       Move all the files to the root of your Micro SD card

4.       Put your R4i-sdhc 3DS RTS flashcarts with the SD card into your 3DS console

How to Update Firmware of R4i gold 3DS card to Work on 3DS 6.2.0-12U

R4i gold 3DS official team has released upgrade patch for Nintendo newest 3DS firmware 6.2.0-12U.
